 Fixed Price & Fixed Time Model:
Fixed Priced Model is applicable when customer can provide well defined Scope of Work and Project Schedule. This model guarantees on-Time, on-Budget delivery of project. Deliverables, Timelines and Cost are clearly defined in Fixed Time and Fixed Priced Model.

Under this option customer pays a pre negotiated price. If any deviation to the deliverables or change in scope of work and extension of timelines will be affected with pre defined hourly rate is paid.

T&M Model: |
T&M Model is applicable when the Scope, Requirements and Schedules are not well defined at an outset. In these situations, pay per hour or resourcing model best suits the customer. Intransa has meticulous project management and reporting practices. Under this option customers pay a monthly charge based on the size of the project team.

Resource Hire Model:
|
Requirements, task allocation and project management will be done by the customer Project Manager. In case if the resources are more than five in number, Intransa would provide a project manager to stream line the communication and the management of the resources. Under this option, customer pays as per the fixed price negotiated per resource.
